Kamioshi
Our group project is inspired by Lotta’s game concept: an interactive story about a devoted fan of a J-pop group. The story follows an individual who dreams of attending a concert to see their favorite idol but has never had the opportunity. The player's main objective is to save enough money to attend the concert. As their obsession grows, the game explores themes of fandom, ambition, and personal sacrifice.
Team Roles
Each team member is contributing their unique skills to bring the project to life:
- Lotta: Responsible for the mechanics, game design, and narrative.
- Anna: Focused on character and background design, ensuring the game has a visually appealing aesthetic.
- Me: Handling UI/UX design, project management, and programming, ensuring the game is functional, user-friendly, and well-organized.

Game Overview
The game is structured as a day-to-day simulation, where the player must balance earning money, maintaining their personal life, and following their favorite J-pop idol. Here’s an overview of the gameplay flow:
Tutorial Section
- Introduces the player to the game mechanics and sets the story's premise.
Idol Selection
- Players are presented with promo images of band members. One idol stands out to them, and they can select their favorite (we are considering making this customizable).
- The selection establishes a personal connection to the story and affects how the game progresses.
